How long will it take me to get my order?

Standard turnaround is 2 weeks. Anything 5 days or sooner is a rush fee. We do offer same day and next day service with limitations (must be small quantity and something we have in stock).

What methods do you use to print my apparel?

We use 5 main processes: screen printing, embroidery, direct to film, direct to garment, and vinyl. Contact us or read the services descriptions for more info!

Do I need to have my own design? Or can you make one for me?

Both! Customers can bring their own design or we offer professional, in-house graphic design for $40 per hour.

Can I wash my shirts and jackets? Or will the print fade away?

All our printed products can be washed like normal! Don't worry about throwing them in the wash!:)
